Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain our key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with senior management and IT teams.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our comprehensive ICT solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Presales, Services, and Channel teams to ensure seamless delivery of our ICT solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in ICT account sales, with a proven track record of growing and managing key accounts.
  • Skills: Strong technical background in IT, with knowledge of storage, networks, and typical applications in an enterprise environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and IT teams.
  • Language: Proficiency in German and fluency in English.
