About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at gridX. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for nurturing strategic partnerships and deepening customer relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, such as Viessmann and other key accounts
  • Build trust with customers by understanding their business initiatives, challenges, and goals
  • Work with customers to identify opportunities for the XENON platform, achieving significant improvements in line with their corporate strategy
  • Deliver presentations to executives, outlining opportunities, product solutions, and business fundamentals to drive investment decisions
  • Engage in contract negotiations with clients to generate significant business value
  • Analyze market potentials and develop customized solution concepts based on customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with Growth Management on successful sales strategies
  • Create reports and forecasts to ensure target achievement
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager who has a proven track record of success in strategic client-facing roles. You should have extensive experience in sales functions and market development of complex cloud and enterprise SaaS products.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in strategic client-facing roles, such as Senior Account Executive, Business Development Manager, or Senior Consultant
  • Experience in sales functions and market development of complex cloud and enterprise SaaS products
  • Excellent communication style and ability to explain complex topics simply and understandably
  • Confident demeanor and solution-oriented hands-on approach
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Passionate about your job and committed to supporting your team and clients in achieving their goals
