Senior Knowledge Analyst

As a Lead Knowledge Analyst within the Client Focused framework of BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Area, you will be an integral part of a dynamic global team dedicated to delivering exceptional value to clients through specialized expertise and established knowledge assets. Your role will involve contributing to proposals and client engagements by providing insightful analyses and strategic recommendations that drive impactful results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilizing advanced analytical methods to tackle complex client challenges and create tailored solutions.
- Engaging with a diverse array of senior stakeholders and client team members, ensuring effective communication that aligns with stakeholder needs.
- Overseeing internal projects with a focus on prioritization and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and business acumen.
- Independently spearheading the creation of intellectual property and marketing materials, collaborating with senior BCG and industry experts.
- Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Navigating an evolving and intricate landscape with comfort in ambiguity and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in the banking sector is strongly preferred.
- If lacking consulting experience, at least 4 years of relevant industry experience is required; 6-10 years is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, with an advanced degree being advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, including process optimization, digitization, Generative AI applications, cost benchmarking, customer service frameworks, and operational model assessments.
- Fluency in both English and German is necessary.
The Knowledge Team at BCG comprises functional and industry specialists who leverage their extensive domain knowledge to provide insights for case teams and clients. Members of the Knowledge Team are closely aligned with BCG Practice Areas, contributing to strategic initiatives and developing cutting-edge intellectual property and data tools to enhance client value.
