KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYour role will encompass:
- Supporting commercialization initiatives within your sector, working closely with business leaders to enhance proposals, client workshops, and marketing efforts.
- Contributing to the development of intellectual property and assets that bolster our business capabilities.
- Engaging with a diverse range of banking clients, from Middle Market to Multinational Corporates, focusing on traditional Corporate Banking products and Investment Banking services.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A solid foundation in statistics, enabling you to apply various analytical methods effectively.
- Proficiency in data manipulation, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of the banking sector, particularly within Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to interact confidently with project teams and clients.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, often in virtual settings, and adapt to agile methodologies.
- A flexible, curious mindset, open to innovative ideas and approaches.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and business acumen.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in the banking sector, preferably within Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking.
- Alternatively, at least 3 years of industry experience with a focus on statistical analysis and data science in the banking sector, with 4-6 years being strongly preferred.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will work alongside global topic leaders and colleagues across BCG, leveraging your expertise to provide valuable insights and capabilities to our clients.
