POSITION SUMMARY
As a Lead Knowledge Analyst within the Financial Institutions Practice Area at BCG, you will be part of a dynamic global team dedicated to delivering exceptional value to clients through specialized expertise and comprehensive knowledge assets. Your role will involve contributing to client engagements by providing insightful analyses and developing innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to tackle complex client challenges and deliver customized solutions.
  • Engage effectively with senior stakeholders and client teams, ensuring clear and targeted communication.
  • Oversee internal projects, prioritizing tasks and delivering results in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating adaptability.
  • Drive the creation of intellectual property and marketing materials, collaborating with senior BCG and industry experts.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Navigate a complex and evolving environment, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in the banking sector, or 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking operations, including process optimization, digitization, and customer service models.
  • Fluency in English and German.

TEAM ENVIRONMENT
As a Lead Knowledge Analyst, you will collaborate closely with BCG Managing Directors, Partners, and various team members across different banking segments. You will also engage with global topic leads to enhance our service offerings and contribute to the development of intellectual property.
