POSITION SUMMARY
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst within the Financial Institutions Practice Area at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic global team, providing exceptional value to clients through specialized expertise and well-established knowledge resources. Your contributions will include delivering insightful analyses and recommendations that drive significant impact for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
  • Engage in complex problem-solving for clients by applying tailored analytical methods and innovative solutions.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and client teams, ensuring effective communication tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Oversee internal projects, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead the creation of intellectual property and marketing materials, collaborating with senior BCG professionals and industry experts.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Adapt to a rapidly changing and intricate environment, effectively navigating ambiguity.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in the banking sector is strongly preferred.
  • If lacking consulting experience, at least 4 years of relevant industry experience is required; 6-10 years is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking, including areas such as process optimization, digitization, and customer service models.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
