- If lacking consulting experience, at least 4 years of relevant industry experience is required; 6-10 years of industry experience is strongly preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in banking, with familiarity in areas such as process optimization, digitization, Generative AI applications, cost and efficiency benchmarking, customer service models, and operating model assessments.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.

The **Knowledge Team** at BCG consists of functional and industry experts who leverage their deep domain knowledge to provide insights for case teams and clients. Team members are aligned with BCG Practice Areas, contributing to strategic initiatives and developing leading-edge intellectual property and data tools to deliver insights.
Members of the Knowledge Team have the opportunity to engage in client cases, co-creating insights alongside case teams through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivering proprietary data or tools, and conducting complex market research and analysis. Additionally, they support business development efforts and help organize and codify the knowledge that empowers BCG to deliver exceptional value to its clients.
