About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in this strategic market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions with our product suite.
  • Leverage our channel partner community to create and maintain mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
  • Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of our solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, support, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution implementation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
  • Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance our market presence and generate leads.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience successfully selling ROI-driven, networking/security solutions or enterprise software solutions to C-level decision makers.
  • Experience building relationships at the executive level with a track record of closing deals over six figures.
  • Pipeline development methodology that has proven successful.
  • Detailed understanding of forecasting accuracy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving environment that requires a mix of urgency, focus, and thoroughness.
  • Successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region.
  • Ability to communicate the technical and business value of our solutions effectively to all prospective stakeholders.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, strategic selling skills, and skills in analyzing and evaluating territory dynamics to develop and implement sales plans.
  • Willingness to travel 25% or as business needs require.
  • Residency in Germany (we have offices in Hamburg and Munich that you can use).
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
