We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a DACH Region Sales Director. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with international teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategy adjustments.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals effectively.
- Deliver set KPIs for the year and implement business reviews with key partners.
- Act as the face of the company in the market, building relationships with key partners, clients, and prospects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with 2 years working across EMEA or MENA.
- 2 years minimum management experience.
- Ability to create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
- Ability to understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Strong IT skills, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective at multitasking and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally as needed.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
