Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers, leading customer onboarding experiences, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Onboarding and Account Management
    • Lead customer onboarding experiences to ensure seamless integration and adoption of our solutions.
    • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Requirements
  • Client-Facing Experience
    • Proven experience in managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong understanding of business operations and logistics industry trends.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Team-Oriented Work Attitude
    • Strong team-oriented work attitude and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent in German and English.
