About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to lead and support growth and retention efforts in our GRC business. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and retention
  • Lead and support the growth and retention of GRC business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and retention
  • Strong understanding of the GRC industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
