Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Development Manager to join our young and fast-growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with customers, leading customer onboarding experiences, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Onboarding and Support: Lead customer onboarding experiences, ensuring a seamless transition to our products and services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture customer portfolios, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing business development strategies.
Requirements
