Job Responsibilities

You will take on the revenue and margin responsibility for existing clients. In close collaboration with the client, you will define the objectives to be achieved and guide the process both on a content and strategic level. You will assume client-related responsibility and management of project teams, working together to develop individual contributions to achieve our clients' goals. Through a high level of client and employee satisfaction, you will evolve into a Trusted Advisor. You will identify and acquire new target clients within your market in collaboration with Marketing/Communication, New Business, and Alliance Management.

Qualifications

You hold a completed university degree, ideally in Business Informatics or Business Administration with an IT focus. You have several years of relevant experience in client management and development, in a consulting or agency environment. You already take on Profit/Loss responsibility for your accounts. Managing large accounts in digital transformation is part of your daily routine. You possess broad knowledge in digital topics (E-Banking, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Content Management, etc.). Ideally, you bring a certain industry depth (in Retail, Healthcare, Finance, etc.) - but this is not a must. Networking is your passion. With your friendly demeanor, especially at the executive level, you can persuade others. Through competent consulting, you strategically and economically develop client relationships. You are the "Trusted Advisor" for your accounts.
