Client Engagement Specialist

- You will guide our clients from the outset on their digital transformation journey, establishing a solid foundation for enduring customer loyalty throughout the Customer Lifecycle.
- You are responsible for the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring they achieve success with our solution through (online) training sessions, while coordinating the implementation project and collaborating with relevant departments as needed.
- You will continue to support clients post-onboarding through a limited-time Hypercare program, assisting them in successfully utilizing our solution in a productive environment.
- You ensure a smooth transition to our Account Management Team. Upon request, you will also conduct refresher training for long-standing clients.
- During your temporary support, you will collect relevant product feedback and relay this information to our product management team.
- You will collaborate with the Customer Success Team to develop best practice scenarios and communicate these internally and externally.
- You hold a degree in business or have completed vocational training in the real estate sector.
- You possess at least two years of professional experience in customer support, sales, or the real estate industry, ideally within a B2B SaaS context.
- You have a strong ability to explain technical concepts in simple language and adapt them to industry-specific use cases.
- You are communicative, possess excellent organizational skills, and can quickly establish goal-oriented collaboration with various stakeholders.
- You have very good German language skills (C2) and good English language skills (B2).
