Role Overview
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing CRM campaigns, including email and app push notifications, to ensure targeted communication with both new and existing clients.
  • Creating and refining CRM journeys, conducting tests, and analyzing outcomes to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Contributing actively to the evolution of the CRM channel at Scalable Capital for all existing and upcoming products and markets.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Product, and Design teams to deliver pertinent content to our customers.
  • Paying meticulous attention to detail in content creation, email design, and the distribution of communications.
  • Exhibiting an analytical mindset and the ability to work with extensive data sets.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of email and app push notifications to identify areas for optimization.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong interest in CRM, with prior experience in finance or regulated markets being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and email marketing tools, with experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud considered a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hands-on approach with a knack for finding practical solutions to complex challenges.
  • A strong affinity for data, capable of deriving actionable insights from relevant business metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL; familiarity with AMPscript is a bonus.
  • A preference for working in a youthful, dynamic environment characterized by flat hierarchies.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and proficiency in English.
