Votre rôle :

Nous recherchons un(e) Client Engagement Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Ce poste est essentiel pour représenter notre entreprise et servir de liaison entre nos clients et nos services. Une forte capacité d'écoute et d'interaction est primordiale pour réussir dans ce rôle.

  • Établir et maintenir des relations stratégiques avec des clients clés, en veillant à ce que leurs besoins soient compris et satisfaits.
  • Utiliser vos compétences en communication, tant en français qu'en anglais, pour favoriser une collaboration efficace au sein de l'équipe.
  • Accompagner les clients dans l'adoption de solutions axées sur la valeur, en développant des plans de succès personnalisés.
  • Participer à la gestion des renouvellements de contrats, en coordonnant les propositions et en assurant la livraison des services.
  • Représenter les intérêts des clients auprès des différentes équipes internes.
  • Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les processus et la documentation.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente pour garantir une transition fluide vers la mise en œuvre des solutions.
  • Travailler avec les équipes techniques pour résoudre les problèmes et améliorer l'expérience client.
  • Suivre la satisfaction des clients et évaluer l'adoption des solutions mises en place.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme de niveau Bac+4 ou Bac+5 (Master) ou équivalent.
  • Expérience significative dans un rôle de gestion de comptes ou de service client.
  • Compétences avérées en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Connaissance approfondie des secteurs d'approvisionnement et de chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • Intérêt pour les technologies numériques et les applications d'entreprise.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs priorités.
  • Expérience avec des outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM) est un plus.
