Client Engagement Specialist

Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a comprehensive understanding of the Middle Eastern markets, especially the Levant region. This position is perfect for someone who excels in a dynamic, client-oriented setting and possesses excellent communication skills. The selected candidate will be instrumental in fostering business expansion and providing exceptional consulting services to our clientele.
This position offers the option of full-time or part-time employment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Direct and oversee various client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
- Business Growth: Discover and pursue new business avenues, particularly aimed at enhancing our presence in the Middle East and Levant markets. Cultivate robust client relationships and broaden our clientele in the human resources and consulting sectors.
- Consultative Services: Offer strategic insights and tailored solutions to clients, particularly those looking to enter or expand within the Levant region, assisting them in navigating business challenges and achieving their objectives. Assess client requirements and devise customized strategies that reflect regional characteristics.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Execute market analysis to uncover trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Utilize findings to guide business strategies and stimulate innovation.
- Collaborative Efforts: Partner with internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Experience in the Levant region is advantageous.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with clients.
- A solid understanding of international markets, particularly in the Middle East, is beneficial.
- Passion for working in a diverse environment and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
- Relevant experience in project management, business development, or consulting is a plus.
