Der Hauptsitz von Kronos Solar befindet sich in München, mit (internationalen) Satellitenbüros in Leipzig, Paris, Den Haag und Truro. Die Kronos Solar wächst rasant national wie international in Hinblick auf Projekte und Mitarbeiter.

**Deine Aufgabe**:

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung in der Entwicklung und Priorisierung neuer Geschäftsfelder in allen Kernmärkten
- Innovative Geschäftsentwicklung, z. B. Kooperation und Abstimmung mit den Innovationszentren und Teams des Mutterkonzerns u. a. in den Bereichen Battery Storage, Green Hydrogen und Prüfung der Übertragbarkeit von Geschäftsansätzen für die Kronos Solar Projects GmbH
- Aufbau konkreter Financial Business Cases in Ableitung der Innovationsbereiche (Selbständige Prüfung der Markt-/Geschäftschancen)
- Konzeptionelle wie operative Umsetzung strategisch wichtiger Projekte mit wesentlichem Fokus auf den deutschen Markt.
- Abstimmung mit HR & Communication zu externen wie internen Kommunikationsbedarfen und -Chancen zur Geschäftsentwicklung und Unterstützung. Operative Mitgestaltung von Kommunikationselementen
- Eigene Projektentwicklung - Operative Entwicklung von einigen strategisch wichtigen Solarpark Projekten
- Trouble Shooting - Schnelle Eingreiftruppe bei Störungen des Betriebsablaufs; bei Bedarf auch kommissarische Übernahme wichtiger Funktionen
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in der Abstimmung mit dem Mutterkonzern

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing, Management von Projekten und Controlling
- wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium
- Analytisches und strategisches Denken
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, hast Erfahrung im selbstständigen Arbeiten und scheust nicht die Energie eines agilen Vertriebs.
- Fließende Englisch
