The position

Mobileye, a global leader in advanced driver-assistance systems and autonomous driving technologies, seeks an experienced professional to serve as our EU Business Development Manager. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to establish and lead our business development efforts in Europe and work closely with our most significant customers. This role offers a rare chance to shape the direction of our global presence and be a key player in driving Mobileye's success in the region.

What will your job look like?

Nurture relationships with existing key clients while identifying and establishing connections with potential new partners.  Oversee the planning and execution of business development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.  Facilitate regular face-to-face interactions with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with Mobileye's capabilities.  Drive new business opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge, market trends, and Mobileye's cutting-edge technologies.  Coordinate evaluation activities and demonstrations for customers, including product walkthrough sessions. Facilitate RFI/RFQ discussions, including deep dive sessions on Mobileye technologies & products.  Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential growth areas, assess competitive landscapes, and develop strategies to position Mobileye as a market leader.  Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure a seamless and collaborative approach to business development efforts.  Generate insightful reports on business development activities, regularly updating the leadership team on progress, challenges, and opportunities. 

All you need is:

4-6 years of experience in business development roles within the technology sector.  Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.  Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding client relationships.  Ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic and evolving environment.  Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend relevant industry events.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  Experience working in the automotive, ADAS, or embedded systems industry – advantage.
