Intro

IP Pilot is seeking a dynamic Working Student Customer Success B2B SaaS (d/f/m) to join our team. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our customer success initiatives and help enhance the overall experience for our B2B SaaS clients. This role is ideal for a proactive and customer-focused individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience. If you are passionate about technology and customer success, and wish to be part of a forward-thinking company, we would love to hear from you.

Tasks
  • Help onboard new B2B clients and walk them through our platform features
  • Assist with customer support inquiries
  • Gather feedback from users and report it to the product team
  • Create and update user guides and FAQs to help customers get the most out of our tool
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for building relationships and solving problems.
  • Interest in technology and SaaS platforms; prior experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English
