In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients maximize their experience with our Market Intelligence Platform, fostering satisfaction and sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with B2B clients
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and deliver comprehensive training
  • Track client engagement and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement
  • Resolve customer inquiries swiftly and efficiently
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to relay insights
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS context
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with the IP sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English
