Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture robust relationships with our B2B clientele to guarantee their success with our Market Intelligence Platform.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and deliver continuous training to empower clients in fully leveraging our software.
- Actively track client usage and engagement, pinpointing opportunities for upselling and contract renewals.
- Quickly address and resolve any client issues or inquiries, maintaining a high standard of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to relay customer insights and influence product enhancements.
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable client-facing role within a B2B SaaS context.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of forging strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
- Experience in the intellectual property sector is advantageous.
