We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in Berlin, Germany.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual fluent in Dutch to promote our products and services, engage with clients, and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE AND EXISTING CLIENTS.
- IDENTIFY CLIENT NEEDS AND PROVIDE TAILORED SOLUTIONS THROUGH OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS TO ENHANCE BRAND VISIBILITY AND DRIVE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT.
- COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO CREATE IMPACTFUL SALES STRATEGIES.
- MULTI-CHANNEL MARKET TREND ANALYSIS AND ADJUST STRATEGIES TO MEET TARGETS.
- REPRESENT THE COMPANY AT NETWORKING EVENTS, TRADE SHOWS, AND CLIENT MEETINGS.
- Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or above) and proficiency in English for internal communication.
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN SALES, MARKETING, OR A RELATED FIELD IS ESSENTIAL.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
