We are recruiting a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our client's team in Germany. This role involves managing existing customer relationships and expanding the business.

About the Company

Our client is a prominent Italian company specializing in chemical solutions for the air conditioning and refrigeration sector globally. They pride themselves on producing high-quality chemical solutions with a strong focus on superior raw materials and a meticulously controlled production process.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing business strategies on the German market. You will build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers, lead negotiations with key automotive product sellers, and expand the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers through regular communication and visits.
  • Negotiate with key automotive product sellers to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales of automotive products or accessories.
  • Demonstrated success in commercial and direct sales to distributors or retailers.
  • Strong consultative approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Residence in the target market area.
  • Commitment to developing a long-term business partnership.

What We Offer

Salary Estimate: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
