Data Sales Leader for International Growth

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Inside Sales team across Europe, helping our customers address their information management needs by deploying our unique portfolio of solutions.
Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop Inside Sales Representatives to achieve performance excellence
- Successfully own sales performance that meets and exceeds strategic initiatives for the business
- Consistently engage and capitalize on key internal partnerships to drive sales growth
- Confident, self-starting Leader, proficient in a solution-first approach in order to win complex sales opportunities
- Mentor and inspire sales performers for their individual career growth and development
- Encourage the use of all technology platforms supporting the sales motions of the team
- Knowledge of different sales methodologies as a framework for driving an effective sales process
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Proven ability to create individual development plans as a result of identifying performance gaps and achievement in partnership with sales performers
- Unique and proactive commitment to research and identify new opportunities in partnership with the sales team
- Solid support system where you will have a safe place to voice your opinion, share feedback, and be your true authentic self
