About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Professional to join our team at CSL Seqirus. This exciting opportunity will involve establishing strong business partnerships with key customers in Germany, maximizing growth for our influenza vaccines and increasing market share through close collaboration with our cross-functional team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5-7 years of experience. They will possess a strong understanding of the German health market and pharmaceutical industry, as well as a strategy and planning mindset.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering market share increase with your national accounts, focusing on assigned key accounts and customers, and developing a sales strategy according to our Seqirus Germany strategy. You will also lead negotiations with national key accounts/customers, work closely with our cross-functional functions to ensure customer contact, acquisition, and support, and provide input and help execute cross-functional activities to maximize impact at regional level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our Seqirus Germany strategy and drives market share growth.
  • Key Account Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, identify opportunities for further development, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and maximize impact at regional level.
  • Negotiation and Influence: Lead negotiations with national key accounts/customers, influencing their purchasing decisions to drive growth for our influenza vaccines.
Requirements
  • Bachelors' or Masters' Degree in a scientific or business field.
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the German health market and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strategy and planning mindset.
  • Compliance with SQ SOPs and industry code of practice.
  • Business partnering and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in German & English.

Salary Range: €70,000 - €100,000 per annum (depending on experience). Bonus scheme and benefits package available.
