Job OverviewThis dynamic field position requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional sales and communication skills. You will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with new restaurateurs in your territory. Using a consultative approach, you will understand their unique needs and develop customized solutions to help their businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to close.
- Conduct demos and develop tailored solutions that meet the prospect's requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and meet expectations set during the sales process.
- Utilize Salesforce (our CRM) to effectively manage all sales activities.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Lightspeed in the market.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, sourcing, or a related field.
- Strong technical proficiency with software.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English and German.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an asset.
