Sales and Contracting Manager for International Customer Support

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Contracting Manager to join our international customer support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and communication with our growing global customer base during the sales acquisition, negotiation, and contracting processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be well-organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office support for international team of regional Business Developers and Berlin-based VP Immune Monitoring Solutions (scheduling meetings, monitoring progress, and deadlines of tasks)
  • Communicate with customers via email, zoom, or phone
  • Utilize and update customer relationship management system (Salesforce)
  • Draft quotations, select and provide brochures and data sheets to customers
  • Track and support logistics of contract processing, orders, and request management
  • Generate monthly and annual reports on bookings and sales forecasts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to medicine, technical laboratory work, biotechnology, or immunology
  • 3+ years of experience demonstrating ability to utilize skills mentioned above
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Customer-focused, takes ownership of responsibilities
  • Attention to detail, well-organized, ability to multitask, and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in German
  • Experience in immunology, diagnostic lab services
  • Familiarity with flow cytometry and/or qPCR
  • Sales, inside sales, or administrative work experience
  • Business administration experience or education
