Clinical Support Specialist

Precision for Medicine GmbH, a leading global provider of precision medicine research services, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist - Sales and Contracting to join our international team. This full-time position based in Berlin, Germany offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.
Estimated Salary Range:
€45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales acquisition, negotiations, and contracting processes, ensuring seamless communication with customers worldwide.
- Schedule meetings, monitor progress, and deadlines of tasks for the regional Business Developers and Berlin-based VP Immune Monitoring Solutions.
- Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage customer relationships, track orders, and process contracts.
- Develop quotations, select and provide relevant brochures and data sheets to customers.
- Generate monthly and annual reports on bookings and sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Analyze market information, internal data, and prepare reports and presentations to drive business growth.
Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach, taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Education and Experience
We are looking for candidates with a degree in a field relevant to medicine, technical laboratory work, biotechnology, or immunology. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of work experience demonstrating the ability to utilize the required skills is essential. Relevant skills and experiences, such as fluency in German, experience in immunology, diagnostic lab services, or sales/administrative roles, are desirable but not mandatory.
