EMEA Sales Director for CA by Broadcom

The role of EMEA Sales Director for CA by Broadcom at Arrow Electronics, Inc. is a high-level leadership position that requires strategic thinking and execution.
As a seasoned sales leader with 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, you will be responsible for directing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market expansion.
You will work closely with Business Segment Leaders to formulate initiatives and programs that drive local market success, leveraging your expertise in planning, directing, and executing sales strategies.
This role also involves leading, motivating, and developing a diversified sales and support team that supports Arrow's value proposition to customers and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining go-to-market strategy for CA brand pillars (AOD, IMS, CMDB)
- Responsible for the CA P&L;
- Coordinating CA pillars value proposition definition and market positioning
- Coordinating on CA with market analysts and other key market stakeholders
- Driving all CA EMEA resources
- Coordinating internally with all countries, marketing, and regional stakeholders
- Coordinating externally with Broadcom on all Arrow CA initiatives
- Coordinating with services teams for developing CA specific services
- Defining and driving main external business development actions
- Leading the reporting and driving visibility on results and key actions

- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
- Fluency in English
