We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our sales team, providing comprehensive support in business development, effective immediately.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and structure hunting projects to drive business growth
- Manage the CRM system, including new customer acquisition, deal management, and assignment to sales managers (utilizing HubSpot)
- Conduct thorough research to develop and structure automated sales approaches through HubSpot
- Provide technical assistance to sales managers in implementing new processes and exploring improvement initiatives in sales operations
- Produce and format sales reports for team meetings
- Analyze key performance metrics, including pipeline health and win rates
- Conduct competitor research and compile industry reports
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and time management abilities
- General understanding of the sales cycle and relevant terminologies
- Familiarity with B2B sales environments or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of various sports leagues, teams, or associations may be advantageous
