Naimar, a high growth German start-up, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle SaaS sales, with a focus on the automotive industry.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented individual who can manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. The successful candidate will develop effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, with a focus on automotive
- Experience in strategic account planning and identifying new business opportunities
- Understanding of complex sales cycles and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders
- Foresight and structured approach to prioritizing multiple sales opportunities
- A competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience
