Sales Director (w/m/d) APAC (Asia Pacific)
The Sales Director for the APAC region will oversee the revenue generation and sales initiatives for our software solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the sales strategy in collaboration with the sales team and the Vice President of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and sales performance of software products across the APAC region.
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies in partnership with the sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team, ensuring both professional and personal growth.
- Enhance direct sales efforts with key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Manage existing branches and strategize for the establishment of new locations within the region.
- Act as a representative for the APAC team in cross-functional committees and working groups, addressing regional challenges.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring international sales teams.
- Proven track record in B2B software sales, engaging directly with customers and sales partners.
- Experience in sectors such as automation, machinery, and ideally, image processing technologies.
- Understanding of the APAC market and its intercultural dynamics.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
