We are FRAMOS, a leading international product-driven tech company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan and market strategy for the region, identifying key opportunities and customers, and working closely with our back office team to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement a business plan and market strategy for the region, identifying key opportunities and customers.
  • Work closely with the back office team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Take ownership of projects and independently manage them to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Challenge solutions, ideas, and requirements with a deep understanding of customers' business needs.
  • Be responsible for maintaining accurate data in our CRM system.

The role is based in Munich, with the opportunity to work remotely anywhere in Germany.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of sales experience with electrical or technical products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong understanding of customers' business needs and the ability to develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher).
