EMEA Business Growth Manager (m/w/d)

IC Resources, a prominent player in the field of test and measurement solutions, is seeking an EMEA Business Growth Manager (m/w/d).

In this pivotal role, the Business Growth Manager will concentrate on the EMEA commercial landscape to spearhead and enhance new business opportunities within the Semiconductor Validation and Electronics Solutions sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your robust expertise in RF and Mixed-Signal domains to collaborate effectively with business units and account managers.
  • Refine and implement business strategies, pinpoint target accounts, and achieve aligned objectives to validate offerings and secure customer engagement.
  • Work alongside solutions marketers, product managers, and R&D teams to develop compelling technical content.
  • Engage with test integration partners to explore new markets and collaboratively cultivate new business ventures.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with subject matter experts and decision-makers within target accounts, positioning innovative solutions to meet customer demands.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is essential.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through influence to achieve business outcomes.
  • Experience working with diverse cultures and countries within a global organization.
  • Technical domain knowledge and/or system development experience in 4G and 5G RAN and testing within the telecommunications sector.
  • Familiarity with major mixed-signal semiconductor products such as Power Management ICs, Signal Chains, Sensors, and Data Converters.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in business development, sales, technical service, product development, and market development in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong abilities in active listening, influencing, and negotiation.
  • Willingness to travel 10%-25% within the EMEA region.
