Sales Manager - Industrial Sector

IC Resources is currently in search of a Sales Manager specializing in the Industrial sector. This role is pivotal within a leading global organization known for its expertise in analog and mixed signal integrated circuits. The ideal candidate will focus on serving Industrial clients, particularly in the areas of sensor technology and power management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulating and executing strategic business development initiatives across the EMEA region, with a concentration on Industrial clientele.
  • Building and nurturing strategic alliances with key customers.
  • Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities to create a sustainable revenue pipeline.
  • Establishing and meeting revenue targets efficiently.
Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, complemented by over five years of experience in semiconductor sales and marketing. A proven history of successfully selling semiconductor products to Industrial clients is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills in both German and English are mandatory, along with a readiness to travel as required.
