Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and executing business strategies in the EMEA commercial market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business strategies and identify target accounts.
  • Develop and execute account objectives to validate our client's offering and secure customer commitment.
  • Work closely with solutions marketers, product managers, and R&D team members to create technical content.
  • Identify new markets and develop new business opportunities with test integration partners.
  • Establish relationships with subject matter experts and leadership within target customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
  • Experience working with varied cultures and countries within a global organization.
  • Technical domain knowledge and/or system development experience in 4G and 5G RAN and test in the telecommunication industry.
  • Technical knowledge in mixed-signal semiconductor products such as Power Management IC, Signal Chain, Sensors, Data Converters, etc.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, technical service, product development, and market development in the telecommunication industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with good communication skills including active listening, influencing, and negotiation.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-25% within the EMEA region.
