We're seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in oncology diagnostics. As a key player in this field, you'll have the opportunity to drive sales and achieve sales goals in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth in specialty care, with a focus on oncology diagnostics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, oncologists, and pathologists in hospital and office-based accounts.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop effective solutions to address complex customer needs.
  • Work autonomously in regional territories, collaborating closely with national sales managers to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • ~5+ years of sales experience with a strong record of success promoting complex products in specialty care or oncology/diagnostics.
  • Proven key account management, selling skills, and strong customer focus.
  • Communication skills in English.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
