Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our Amazon TA team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Sellers and driving business growth through strategic account management.
The ideal candidate will have a native level proficiency in German and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also possess strong analytical and project management skills, as well as a keen sense of new trends and customer orientation.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide competent support to our Sellers through timely and effective communication.
- Monitor the success of your portfolio through detailed evaluations and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in the implementation of trainings, webinars, and conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with central teams to review Seller experiences and develop suitable improvement measures.
- Analyze weekly data to evaluate the success of the 'Fulfillment by Amazon' program and initiate measures to optimize results if necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Some experience in business development, sales, and/or account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- A keen sense of new trends and customer orientation.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Very good knowledge of Excel, preferably also knowledge of databases and CRM tools.
- A degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field.
While not essential, it would be beneficial to have:
- A proven track record maintaining client relationships and achieving monthly/quarterly Sales/Account Management targets.
- Proven experience in conducting business reviews and stakeholder management.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Experience with databases, SQL, and CRM tools.
