As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

Your Responsibilities
  • Increase sales revenue by opening new accounts and enhancing business with existing customers
  • Lead and coordinate all sales activities to optimize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial results
  • Actively support customers through regular visits, presentations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with our global team to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with sales trends and market developments, adapting and implementing necessary actions in consultation with Director Sales & Marketing
  • Contribute to the overall goals of our company as a member of the Advantest team

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Your Qualifications
  • A degree in Microelectronics, Electronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or Automation, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the ATE business is preferred
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Cross-cultural leadership skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Motivational and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel frequently in Europe and overseas, potentially on short notice

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
