Beschreibung
Als Senior Business Development Manager bei NFON bist du verantwortlich für die Gewinnung und Betreuung von Vertriebs-, Service- und Leistungspartnern. Du entwickelst und implementierst Strategien zur Erreichung unserer Geschäftsziele und übernimmst den operativen Support des Head of Regional Partner Managements.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle planest und durchführst du Schulungen zu unseren Produkten und bringst unsere Partner in unsere internen Prozesse sowie Vertriebsportale ein.

Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement bei größeren oder komplexen Umsetzungen und Installationen und fungierst als Kommunikationsbrücke zwischen Partnern und den verschiedenen Abteilungen der NFON.

Zudem planst und umsetzt du Marketing-Maßnahmen, entwickelst geeignete Vertriebs- und Promotionsstrategien für unsere Partner und erstellst Forecasts, Berichte über Stückzahlen und Umsätze.

Deine Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Geschäftsmodellen für unsere Partner ist unerlässlich für deine Arbeit.

Du verhandelst Jahreszielvereinbarungen im Rahmen deiner Partnerbetreuung und unterstützt unsere Partner und Endkunden bei Eskalationen.
