Job Description

This role involves strategically leading and supporting growth and retention efforts in GRC. The ideal candidate will serve as a Client relationship Leader for specific accounts, respond to RFPs, and demonstrate thought leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize the growth and retention of GRC business, including serving as Client relationship Leader for specific accounts, responding to RFPs, and engaging in thought leadership activities.
  • Meet or exceed projected annual sales goals, which are currently set at $ TBD.
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue growth of 7% and annual renewal growth of 4%.
  • Ensure no lost business due to cause, and participate in key trade shows as required.
  • Collaborate closely with the entire Business Development team to identify and support growth opportunities.
  • Take ownership of retention/growth/sales on book in accordance with GRC performance standards.
Requirements:
  • An Engineering degree is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in property loss prevention is preferred, as well as 5-10 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • The ideal candidate should possess Property Loss Control Industry Knowledge and demonstrate Fundamental competencies, which include Communication, Collaboration, Customer Orientation, and Self-Management.
