Regional Sales Director - Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS)

About Our Client:

Our client is a pioneering global player in Neuromodulation, renowned for its cutting-edge Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) solutions that significantly improve patient outcomes in neurological care.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Director to spearhead sales growth and expand market presence across Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, particularly within the neurological or neuromodulation sectors, and possess the leadership skills to manage and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with neurosurgeons, neurologists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical support, and customer service teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in medical device sales, ideally in neuromodulation.
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development.
  • Deep understanding of Deep Brain Stimulation and neuromodulation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Germany.
