About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Sales to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue targets across our portfolio of edyn properties in Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve budgeted B2B room nights and revenue targets.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver commercial objectives and drive sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Travel Management Companies, Serviced Apartment Booking Agencies, and consortia.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Significant B2B sales experience with a strong track record of delivering sales growth in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive commercial growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
