Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve budgeted B2B room nights and revenue targets.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver commercial objectives and drive sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Travel Management Companies, Serviced Apartment Booking Agencies, and consortia.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Significant B2B sales experience with a strong track record of delivering sales growth in the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive commercial growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
