Customer Success Transformation Lead
At Carly, we're on a mission to revolutionize car repair and maintenance for millions of car enthusiasts worldwide. As our Customer Success Transformation Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving this transformation by leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize customer support processes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive customer success performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs in customer success processes while maintaining close oversight of customer communication journeys.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer success risks to safeguard performance and reputation.
- Maintain records and deliver comprehensive reports to lead management on customer success changes and advancements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in a Customer Success role or similar Operations-facing position.
- Ability to provide valuable feedback, adjust work based on quarterly feedback, and pursue additional insights for personal and team development.
- Excellent juggling skills to manage a busy workload, support, and guide team members.
- Active role in projects, guiding peers, and tackling problems to improve and grow.
- Team player with a positive work environment and agile handling of challenges.
- Fluency in English; German is a nice-to-have.
