As a key member of the Carly team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and success. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will optimize customer support processes, streamline workflows, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will set new benchmarks in customer success excellence and the Carly customer journey overall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster a seamless and efficient workflow, ensuring an elevated customer experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions, evaluating customer success performance against established benchmarks.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs in customer success processes, maintaining close oversight of customer-related communication journeys.
  • Proactively identify and address potential customer success risks to safeguard performance and reputation.
  • Maintain records and deliver comprehensive reports to lead management concerning customer success changes and advancements.
  • Assume responsibility for customer-centric processes, employing technology quality KPIs to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a Customer Success role or a similar Operations-facing position.
  • Enjoy providing valuable feedback to your team, adjusting your work based on quarterly feedback, and actively pursuing additional insights for personal and team development.
  • Excel at juggling a busy workload, supporting and guiding other team members to keep things running smoothly.
  • Take an active role in projects, guide your peers, and eagerly tackle problems, always seeking ways to improve and grow.
  • Be a team player, respecting and contributing to fostering a positive work environment while agilely handling challenges.
  • Fluency in English; German is a nice-to-have.
