About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2C Customer Success Manager to lead our transformation efforts and drive customer satisfaction. As the key player in this initiative, you will be responsible for streamlining workflows, optimizing customer support processes, and championing a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Automotive, to ensure seamless workflow and elevated customer experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and evaluate customer success performance against established benchmarks.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs in customer success processes while maintaining close oversight of customer-related communication journeys.
  • Proactively identify and address potential customer success risks to safeguard and enhance performance & reputation.
  • Maintain records and deliver comprehensive reports to lead management on customer success changes and advancements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a Customer Success role or similar Operations-facing position.
  • Prowess in providing valuable feedback, adjusting work based on quarterly feedback, and actively pursuing additional insights for personal and team development.
  • Ability to juggle a busy workload, support, and guide team members to keep things running smoothly.
  • Active role in projects, guiding peers, and tackling problems to improve and grow.
  • Team player who respects and contributes to fostering a positive work environment while handling challenges.
  • Fluency in English; German is a nice-to-have.

Salary: 80,000 - 120,000 EUR per year depending on location and experience.
