About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Transformation Expert to join our team in the Utilities Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering customer transformation programs for our clients in the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple large customer transformation programs in areas such as Meter to Cash, Customer Contact, and B2B/B2C transformation.
  • Develop and implement customer transformation strategies using technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Genesys, Amazon Connect, and Kraken.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and create multi-million-dollar opportunities using industry expertise, relationships, and knowledge of upcoming regulatory and market changes.
  • Prepare large proposals and program plans, identifying Infosys differentiators and articulating our unique value proposition and competitive financials.
  • Take bottom-line responsibility for Infosys program execution, providing vision and guidance to the team, managing key client stakeholders, and ensuring quality checks are in place.

About Your Skills

  • Proven experience in leading multiple large customer transformation programs in the utilities sector.
  • Strong technical skills in customer transformation technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Genesys, Amazon Connect, and Kraken.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency), and project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
