About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and address customer needs.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to customer success, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate customer success metrics and insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of customer success and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks to customer success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in German language skills is required for this role.
